Revenue Officers’ Training Institute is the Training Institute for Revenue Officers and Field Level Functionaries serving in Revenue and Disaster Management Dept., Govt. of Odisha. The Institute is on its mission of bringing about efficiency, efficacy, accountability, transparency and productivity in delivery of public services, by conducting Induction Training, Capacity Building Programme of all Officers of Revenue and Disaster Management Dept. Our objectives is to improve quality of Governance through inculcation of citizen centric orientation among public servants.
